Is it possible to buy coca-cola in glass bottles for a 50's theme party?!

Yes!. As one other poster noted, I see 6 oz glass bottles of coke around the holidays fairly regularly!. I would note, however, that they tend to be fairly expensive!. Generally, they go for about $4 a six-pack here in Michigan -- which is a lot for 36 ozs of coke!.
A better recommendation, I think, is to look for Mexican grocery store in your area!. The old fashioned 12 oz glass bottle coke is still alive and well in Mexico!. If I go to Mexican town here in Detroit, it is readily available year round!. It's about the same price as the 6 oz bottles and you get double the coke!. Additionally, the 12 oz bottles are more traditional to your party theme!.
I would say, however, that the Mexican coke tastes a little bit sweeter to me than traditional U!.S!. coke!. My wife thinks I am crazy and that it all tastes the same!. But my wife thinks I'm crazy about a lot of things! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I worked at Kroger for a year and I noticed he Glass Coca-Cola bottles were in the Ethnic Food aisle!. They were in the Spanish/Hispanic section!. Someone told me they were in that section because in Mexico the CC is still made with real Sugar and not the fake stuff we have now!. So if you spot them just tell customer service you want to make an order of however many you need so that have enough on hand for you!. THere usually isn't alot of them on hand so it would be a good idea to let them know!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
pretty sure Costco sells Mexican imports in glass bottles, it tastes alot better in glass and they use real cane sugar so it tastes like it should!. the usa coke has cheaper corn sugar in it they try to stop these imports,but cant because coke is a franchise in most countiesWww@FoodAQ@Com
Actually i collect them and it's very hard to find them usually il find them in pizza parlors or super markets, but i have also found them in restaurants but they won't just give them to you so your best bet is at a supermarketWww@FoodAQ@Com
