There goes BUDWEISER, sold to the Belgians. What next?!

Question: There goes BUDWEISER, sold to the Belgians!. What next!?
Is $700 Billion going overseas a year for oil, not enough!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I'll go with Samuel Adams now, from Boston Beer Company!. What we really need to do is get these Dumacrats to stop blocking the offshore drilling!. Russia is drilling 30 miles of the coast of Florida!. You CANNOT see that from shore!. So the longer they don't allow us to drill offshore, the more oil will go to other countries!. Hurricane Katrina knocked several oil rigs off their platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, how much shoreline was damaged by oil!? NONE
The President lifted the moratorium yesterday, and immediately the price for oil went down $10 a barrel!. Can it get any clearer than that!?
This will begin to turn the world economy around!. ;-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

You do realize that America doesn't own most of it's bridges, roads, large buildings and federal land, don't you!? We sold them over a period of several years, and now we just lease them from countries like Japan, China and others!.

It's a shame the shareholders decided to sell out, but really, if the government has been doing it for decades, why would we expect any different!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The deal should make Belgian beer cheaper here and Bud cheaper there!. They aren't going to change the recipe (They haven't changed any others yet) and they certainly can't raise the price or Bud won't compete w/ existing domestic beer!.

The net effect on Bud drinkers will be zilch!. If anything, the larger distribution network will keep the price lower as other beer companies raise prices to pay for hops, which are still going up in cost!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm with ya on that one!. It would definately be better to have local ownership over such a popular product!. Lets just hope they keep it as is, and dont tinker with the manufacturing process!. They might want to try and use their expertise to tweak the process for efficieny or other factors, which would alter the taste!. That would stink!. The real question would then be what US beer maker would beer drinkers switch to when the Bud tastes aweful!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I bought my last "Major" American owned beer on saturday!. I am now only going to buy beer from micro-brewers!.

America is, and has been, for sale for a long time now!. We ***** about no jobs but we have no problem going to Wal-Mart to buy things made in China that used to be made in the USA!. In addition to not buying beer from "major" brewers, I am going to start buying what I need or want from garage and yard sales!.

I really don't care if it is used or a little beat-up!. If it is what I am looking for and made in the U!.S!.A!. I'll buy it and forget about supporting Chin Ling and his family!. Who's with me!?

You see what happens when you are in agreeance with a "Globalized" Economy!. This stems from those people trying to get richer and thinking that other countries would import more American products!. Boy, did they have it all wrong!.

Other countries are only interested in one thing when it comes to America!.!.!.!. proving that capitalism is nothing more than a facade and that Communism is the real answer to running a country!. Thanks a lot fat cat CEO's!. When the worlds' financial market ceases to recognized U!.S!. currency, your money will mean nothing!. Dumb assholes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

dude!.!.!.!.budweiser is the king of beers!.!.!.!.and it is not like it is they're fault they are sellin!.!.!.!.!.blame the fu*kin gov't bodd!.!.!.!.the american dollar has gone down in value soo much so it is making it so easy for the other BIG companies that are in other countries to take over!.!.!.!.soo as long as budweiser still tastes great then i am fu*kin drinkin it bodd!.!.!.!.!.dont blame them,!.!.!.!.!.!!! People are too d@mn worried about this!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with, McLovin's post!. Sad, but true

And I have never liked Bud, but that is SOO not the point!. The concern is not that the product might change, it's who we are now buying it from!. Another American company "outsourced" so to speak!. Someone made some bank, but not the local economy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ya I guess we will all be drinking Stag!?!!?!!?!?! and it isn't Budweiser it is Anheiser Busch
So this mean Bud Light Michelob!. Busch, Busch light, Natural light, But they keep saying they aren't going anywhere!. I suggest we all come to ,my house get drunk off our butt and keep it here!.!.Is anything sacred!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I can see the future!. We sale McDonalds(who cares it sucks), Coca-Cola (did this already happen!?), Disney, all of Napa & Sonoma, Hollywood (we already out-source it), and the White House!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
