How much vodka to get a light buzz?!
Im a first time drinker and i dont wanna get drunk but i want a light buzz!. I weigh about 150 lbs!. , how many shots would it take , ive got absolute vodka so!.!.!.!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Probably 3 shots of Absolut will give a first-time drinker what you would call a "buzz"!. It might get you drunk, who knows -- you can usually assume a small person will get drunk easily, but the only way to find out is to try!.
I think you'll be good after two or three shots!.
Personally I don't feel the "buzz" unless I drink about 10 or 12 ounces of vodka (I vastly prefer the blue-label Stolichnaya to any other vodka out there, especially Absolut, which just has an extremely watery texture in comparison)!. But that's mostly because I drink all the time!. The first time I ever got drunk was 7 ounces of Jack Daniels (that's how much my flask holds)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

First, I think it is good that, as a first time drinker, you are asking questions about alcohol and its effect vs amount consumed!.
You are also aware enough to include your weight, as that is probably one of the most important factor to determine your reaction to alcohol!. The other two are your gender, and your experience with alcohol!. Most adults will build up a certain tolerance to it, so that it will take more alcohol to achieve the same effect!.
I think the answer you are seeking is between 2 to 3 oz of 80 proof liquor!. Mixing it with mixer or having it straight has no impact!.

Get a bottle of dry vermouth and you will be buzz in' after the first cocktail call and you do mnot shoot Vodka treat it with a little respect!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
