I have to have a procedure done tommorrow and i have to drink EZ-PREP, a bowl cleansing Sytem for colonoscopies!. I want to throw up or die!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.how do i drink it and make it go down easier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put it in the freezer til it is super cold AND pour it over ice when ready to drink!. The best thing after that is just to chug and chase with water!. But it definitely HAS to be cold to even try to tolerate,Www@FoodAQ@Com
