How would you describe..Moonshine as in Illegal booze?!

Moonshine is a very broad term for homemade alcohol that is illegal to sell- however, the quality of 'shine varies greatly!. When made correctly, ( and I don't know how to make it, just where to get it!.!.!.) it can be smooth and tasty, with an incredible kick!. The kind I have had is made with corn and the guy has been making it for at least 50 years!. If you sip it, its a very strong alcohol taste, like an everclear, but if you mix it just right with some orange juice and ice, ,it makes a fabulous shine screwdriver!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Like most people have said, its all about how you make it (that is if I ever made it!.!.wink!.!.!.wink)!. If you use poor quality ingredients, rush any part of the distilling process, do not cut your batch enough or too much or any number of other things, then it will be bad!. But, if you know what your doing, and do it right, it almost has no taste at all, but more of a feeling (some describe it as burning)!. It’s a great mixer with something sweet or sour!. Keep it away from anything that contains even the hint of dairy or dairy derivatives (it will curdle)!.
One word of caution; please be careful with this stuff!. I’m not going to stand on a soapbox about the ills of drinking!. In fact, I don’t care how much your drink!. However, please make sure you are getting it from someone who knows what they are doing!. You don’t want to be drinking lead (used in the distilling process by idiots who connect their equipment improperly), wood alcohol (introduced into the distilling process by impurities or distilling something other then quality ingredients) or any other “nasties” that can be made when don’t do something correct!.

Have u ever had moonshine!? It's like a fire in your chest and mouth when you take a sip!. Drink everclear once!. Now times that by 10 that's what moonshine tastes like!. It's very very very strong!. Gets you messed up though!. It shouldn't be illegal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
