yes you can its pretty easy!.!.!. here's a recipe I found!.!.!. you could probably add more vodka then it says, depends how drunk you want to get!.!.!. just substitute it for the water!.
6 ounces Jello (large package)
16 ounces Water (boiling)
6 ounces Water (cold)
10 ounces Vodka
Mix the jello mix with the boiling water until the powder is fully dissolved and add the cold water and alcohol!. Pour the cooling mixture into either shot glasses or paper cups!. Use any jello flavor!. White liquor works best!. Substitute the water for the liquor!. You can also take out some of the boiled water and use the liquor, but "temper" the liquor into the hot solution before you add the rest of it, and chill itWww@FoodAQ@Com
