Murphy's Irish Stout? (Michigan Residents ONLY!!)?!
Anyone known where can find Murphy's Irish Stout in mid-michigan (cites and town include: Grand Ledge, Lansing, East Lansing, Haslett, Okemos)!.
I have tried meijer's, Quality Dairy's and krogers', but none of them carry it!. I know there are a few independent liquor stores here in mid-michigan, but i doubt they would carry if these corparate stores wouldnt have them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ah, Murphy's Irish Stout!. My second favorite Irish stout right behind Beamish!. Your best two bets in the Lansing area are:
Horrocks Farm Market
7240 W!. Saginaw Hwy!.
Lansing, Michigan
Oades Big Ten
314 S Clippert Street
Lansing, Michigan
Both of these places have a great beer selection, but I'd try Oades first if it's convenient!. I think Oades has the best selection in the Lansing area!. You might also try that Tuba place (can't remember the real name) in Okemos!.
I would share this information !.!.!. I can understand thinking that the big corporate stores would be the first to have a fairly well-known Irish beer like this!. But, I have found that this is rarely the case! My local liquor store in Ferndale (which is truly nothing special) has a bigger beer selection than any of the big box stores or groceries!. I don't know about Lansing, but in the Detroit area, I would recommend ALMOST any party store in Oakland County over Krogers, Meijers etc!.
I would think in your area the East Lansing area would have some pretty good stores outside the two I have indicated!. Speaking of which, go Spartans!Www@FoodAQ@Com
