Answers:
Turkey is an interesting food to pair with wine since it can go with whites or reds!. Try a un-oaked Chardonnay or a Pinot Noir!. If it's Thanksgiving style with all the cranberry sauce and stuffing and other highly seasoned foods, you can serve a fruity Zinfandel!. Or hunt down a dry sparkling Australian Shiraz for something fun and different!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
