Question: Why do some people get hangovers and others don't!?
i have always suffered from terrible hangovers even if i only drink a few glasses of wine, my boyfriend on the other hand can drink copious amounts and be fine the next day!. why!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
when your fitter and healthier your liver can process alcohol better, this is why you get a hangover because it stays in your system longer and your liver gives you jip!. when you drink alot your liver gets 'used' to it, or if you have a bad diet or are unfit, this means your liver cant process alcoho as well so you dont get the hangover!. so a hangover is actually a way of saying hey, your healthy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

many people are different people the get hangovers get it because they don't eat something before they go out and eat and many people say if your tall/fat its harder to get drunk and if your short/skinny is faster and they get hangovers more cuz their body can't handle the alcohol

Because some people are smart enough to eat before they drink!. I'll bet your boyfriend eats real food and you probably eat bird food, plus your BF probably weighs a lot more than you do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
