I certainly AM having a glass of wine with you!. I'm having the last glass of Covey Run Gewurtzraminer, a white, Reisling-like white wine from Washington State!. That was a tad sweet for my taste, so now I'm switching to the De Bortoli Vat 4 Petit Verdot!. That's always a good one, it's Australian, and petit verdot is one of the original 5 Bordeaux grapes!.

Actually, I am having a not so good white right now!.
I have been drinking reds for over 35 years and have discovered many whites in the past 2 years that I have really enjoyed!. All being dry whites!. I also try something new every time I make a wine buy!.
Tonight I opened a bottle of an organic white from New York!.
