take some of that Ice cream, put it in the bottom of a pint glass, add some full strength vodka then add the mixer of your choice!.!.!. cola, Irn Bru any thing

I would not recommend not eating anything - when I drink on a completely empty stomach, I feel like my organs are being actively dissolved and my stomach feels like it's closing in on itself and I imagine my poor body trying to process this alcohol alone!.
