Question: I have an opened bottle wine in the fridge, was opened 2!.5 days ago!. will it be okay to have a glass of now!?
Answers:
White wine will usually last 7 - 10 days in the fridge, but red wine is only good for 2 - 3 days!. If you have red wine, take a little sniff and a taste, if it tastes or smell a little like vinegar, it has gone bad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sure!. But you should keep it in the frig with a solid air-tight cork or stopper on it--the less air that gets to it, the longer the wine will remain good!. Even so, you can always used leftover wine for cooking!. And some of us aren't as persnicky and wine that's been open for a week or more even and it still taste good to us!. Mold will eventually start growing on it if you keep it long enough though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

hopefully it was tightly sealed or at least had plastic held on with a rubber band or all the alcohol evaporated and it picked up fridge tastes!. take a shot if it tastes good drink it!. it aint gonna spoil or nothing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sure - provided it is a still wine it should be fine!. If it bubbles in it, it may have gone flat - but will still be fine to drinkWww@FoodAQ@Com

Best way to tell is have a glass!! Sometimes they get a bit stale tasting I find, but give it a taste test!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It will be fine!. If you are worried, cook with it!. As long as it doesn't smell like vinegar you're ok!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
