If you are drinking to stay hydrated (working out, spending time out doors) then you shoudl drink room temperature water!. The water can be metabolized quicker!.

Drinking ice water first thing in the morning is said to give your metabolism a jump start since your body has to work to heat the water up before it can be metabolized!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Absolutely!. When you drin room temperature water, it absorbs through your intestines easier!. Cold water cools down the contents of your stomach and slows down the digestive process!. Too much cold water will slow your digestion down to the point where the food in your stomach will spoil before it gets digested!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
