SIMPLE PINA COLADA
235 ml coconut milk
235 ml pineapple juice
120 ml rum
50 g white sugar
8 cubes ice
In a blender, combine coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum, sugar and ice!. Blend until smooth!. Pour into glasses, and serve immediately!.
PINA COLADA PUNCH
1055 g vanilla ice cream, softened
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
224 g coconut cream
1 litre pineapple juice
475 ml light rum
1 (2 litre) bottle lemon-lime flavoured carbonated beverage
In a large plastic container, combine ice cream, crushed pineapple, coconut cream, pineapple juice and rum!. Mix well and slowly stir in the lemon-lime soda!. Freeze for 4 hours or until slushy!.
You can substitute rum for vodka to create a Chi Chi!. No Pina Colada is properly dressed without a wedge of Pineapple, preferably with a maraschino cherry spiked into it with an umbrella - Del Boy eat your heart out!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I cheat and buy the pre-made mix from the liquor store!. I think it is a parrot bay mix, Not sure of the name but it is usually right beside the rum!.!.!.!.!. I is soooooooooo good!. Buy a pineapple and put a chunk on the side on the glass!. YUMWww@FoodAQ@Com
