instant beer would lack a key ingredient!.!.!.!.alcohol!. You can not produce alcohol with out fermentation!. And fermentation cannot happen instantaneously!. also carbonation would be an issue!. If this were even possible to have powdered alcohol, you could pop pills to get drunk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
