Question: Looking for details on the differences in brewing of the types of beers!?
Answers:
The two basic types of beer are ale and lager!. Ale is fermented with a floating yeast at warm temperatures!. Lager is fermented at cool temps with a yeast that sits on the bottom!.

Beyond that, all beers only differ by the malts and hops used to make them (and possibly secondary grains)!. The combinations of said ingredients are limitless!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
