It really depends on your taste!. What ever you like, just drink a little of it, and it will do it's job of relaxing you!. For me, it would be wine!.!.!. red or white!.

I prefer port, but I did happen upon a bottle from Robertson Winery that's not nearly as dry as traditional red wine but not as sweet as port!. It's pretty good, too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As a nightcap, I would stay away from wines!. They have a lot of sugar in them!. Brandy mixed with peach schnapps is an excellent capper, that won't get your mate "too tired"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If in the mood for wine I'll have a nice Itallian Chianti!. If I need something a bit harder I'll take Gran Marnier!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would go with red wine, but then it's my favourite!.!.!.!.!.port will hit the spot a wee bit quicker, so go with what you fancy!. I'm having a valerian tea!.!.!.!.!.not quite the same! haha
