Ballatore Gran Spumante or Martini & Rossi Asti? Advice please!?!
My boyfriend and I are moving in together on August 1st!. Neither of us are drinkers!.!.!.but want to do something special to mark the occasion!. After searching Answers, I have found that people generally recommend either Ballatore Gran Spumante or Martini & Rossi Asti for first time sparkling wine drinkers looking for something cheap!. Now that I have narrowed it down to these two, which would you recommend!? Thank you!Www@FoodAQ@Com

They're both basically sweet sparkling wines!. I would prefer the Ballatore!. No particular reason other tha I've had the Asti more times than I can remember!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Both of those are low quality, light-bodied inexpensive sugary sparkling wines!.
I would suggest niether!.
If you want to make it an occasion go ahead and spend $30 to get a bottle of Moet & Chandon White Star!. Its going to be a little dry but it is full of flavor that is sure not to bore you!.
Something a little cheaper, maybe a little sweeter!?
Italian Prossecos are very affordable, semi-sweet and great quality!. Zonin, Santa Margharita, and Santome are my favoritesWww@FoodAQ@Com
