Well, sadly, it varies widely among different states!. In most jurisdictions you are not even allowed to go into a liquor store: so if you are trying to buy the mix there the answer is already no!. If you are in a grocery market, or store, the rule is about split between states that allow those underage to purchase anything not specifically containing alcohol, and those states that require a purchaser to be the legal age for purchasing alcohol to buy alcohol related products (mixers, sometimes shot glasses, wine glasses)!.
Now, having said all that!. What the hell is a martini MIX!? Martini is two kinds of booze and an olive!. What is in that ****!? You want gin, you may or may not (not being more likely) want vermouth, and you probably want an olive!.

It depends!. If it's a liquor store, my guess is that 21 is the age to drink legally, and they won't let you buy anything there!. If it is a grocery store, you might be able to sneak by, but most likely, the law says no!. If it specifically a mix for use with alcohol, I would bet you're not allowed to purchase it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
