the tanqueray /7 and jack /coke is a 1:2 ratio
the JFK is bartenders choice of any three liquors (mystery shooter) It gives the bartender a chance to be creative and maybe makeup something new to sell!. and you get better quality liquors for a cheaper price I usually get charged about 5-7 bucks a shot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

COSMOPOLITAN
4 parts Citron Vodka
2 parts Cointreau or Triple Sec
2 parts Cranberry Juice
1 part Lime Fresh Juice
Shake all four ingredients together in a shaker full of ice and strain into a freezing cold martini glass!. Garnish with a lemon twist!.
MUDSLIDE
1 1/2 oz Bailey's ? Irish cream
1/2 oz Kahlua ? coffee liqueur
Fill rocks glass with ice, add ingredients, and serve
CAIPIRINHA
2 tsp granulated sugar
8 limes wedges
2 1/2 oz cachaca
Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass!. Fill the glass with ice cubes!. Pour the cachaca into the glass!. Stir well!.

4 tablespoons cane sugar, plus more to rim glass
4 cups ice
6 ounces light rum
10 to 12 mint sprigs
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Club soda
4 slices lime
Moisten the rims of 4 glasses with lime and dip into cane sugar!. Set aside!.
Place ice in beverage shaker then add in the rum!. Break up half of the mint leaves and add to the shaker with the lime juice and sugar!. Shake well and serve over ice in a funky glass!. Top off each glass with a splash of club soda!.
Garnish each glass with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
