Drinking and driving isn't exactly illegal!. You have to have a blood-alcohol percentage of 0!.08 to be drunk in most states!. People can sometimes drink a couple, or even several drinks before they hit that level!.

For the staff that work there, for people who dont drink(yes they do go to bars/clubs also), for the person who is the designated driver!. also, for delivery vans to drive into so they dont clog up the roads!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
