Spirits first or lager first?!
What works best!? I know spirts get you more hammad quicker but one is not sure what works best!.Do i drink vodka first or drink pints first then get the vodka's on the go!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

1) The whole liquor before beer thing!.!.!.is a myth!. All alcoholic beverages contain the exact same stuff!. Ethanol Alcohol!. Doesn't' matter if it is beer, wine or liquor!. People get sick from overindulgence, not mixing!.
2) It doesn't matter what you have first!. Standardized alcohol percentages and serving sizes are there to insure that you receive the exact same amount of actual ethanol alcohol every time!.
12 fl oz of 5% beer contains 0!.6 fl oz of ethanol!.
12 x 0!.05 = 0!.6
5 fl oz of 12% wine contains 0!.6 fl oz ethanol
5 x 0!.12 = 0!.6
1!.5 fl oz of 40% (80proof) liquor contains 0!.6 fl oz ethanol
1!.5 x 0!.4 = 0!.6
So if you are taking shots!.!.!.you're actually getting less alcohol than in a beer!. 1!.0 fl oz of liquor contains 0!.4 fl oz of ethanol!.
The only thing that liquor has going for it is volume!. Since it takes less volume you can in theory get drunker quicker!. but if you are using mixed drinks and standard measurements!.!.!.IT DOESN'T MATTER!.

That applies to wine, as well, since wine and beer are both considered to be "soft" alcoholic drinks!. The spirits are the "hard" alcoholic drinks!.

Don't mix beer with hard alcohol!. It is nothing but trouble and misery the next day!. Drink one or the other!.
