Can someone underage drink O'Douls "legally"?!

Question: Can someone underage drink O'Douls "legally"!?
Answers:
That would really depend on the state or country you live in!. Here in the US there is no actual national alcohol law (even if people would like to believe there is) so the law varies from state to state and in some cases all the way down to the county and city level!.

You best bet to find the proper answer is to look up the web page for your local liquor control board!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There are many states where it is perfectly legal for those under 21 to purchase "non-alcoholic" beer!. Federal law classifies beverages under 0!.5% alcohol as non-alcoholic!. Many states pose no restrictions on the purchase of these beverages!. But some do, as do some counties or cities within states that would otherwise legally allow it!.

also, with zero tolerance DUI laws for minors, someone who drank O'Douls and drove could still blow positive for drunk driving, with all the harsh penalties attached!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's the way to tell: read the bottle, and if it says "alcohol" anywhere, you can't drink it!. If you can't read the bottle, you've already had too much!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

O'Douls is !.5% alcohol!. It's not entirely non-alcoholic!. So i think most states and regions won't sell to minors!. But I'm sure some parts of the country will sell it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nope, if you cant buy it you cant drink it, NA beers still have an alcohol content it may be very low, but its still in there!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes!. O'Douls contain no alcohol!. They just taste like beer!. So it is legal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no!. it still has alcohol so you do need to be 21 years old!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes tell your parents to buy it its legalWww@FoodAQ@Com
