Drinking in France....?!

Question: Drinking in France!.!.!.!.!?
Hey OK So I live in USA and in about 2 weeks I'm going to France for vacation, Paris in particular!. I know the drinking age in USA is 21 and in France it's 16!. I am a citizen of USA and I am 16 years old!.
When I go to France, will I be able to drink like when my family goes to a restaurant or something!?Like will they ask for ID or something, and if I do show them and it says USA will I not be aloud to drink!?

Basically, I'm 16!. When I go to France, will I be able to drink liquor with no problems!?
Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Yes, you will be able to drink, especially when you are at restaurants!. Nobody asks for ID in France!. The only thing that could get you into trouble is if you drink too much in the wrong setting and make a fool of yourself!. Otherwise, enjoy the amazing wine!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you will be able to drink, especially if you're with your parents!
It might be nice to bring a drivers license or passport (watch out for pickpockets!)
The French and many other countries have a different more enlightened attitude there!.
