Why does wine never taste like what it says on the bottle?!

Question: Why does wine never taste like what it says on the bottle!?
Answers:
If you're into drinking Manischevitz(sp), my guess as to why wine never tastes like it says on the bottle is because your palette has not yet developed!. After time and enough bottles, you will be able to discern subtle flavors in wine!.

Another thing to try is to read the Windows of the World Wine Course book!. It'll tell you how you're "supposed" to drink wine so you can fully "taste" wine!.

In the meantime, you can try a nice chianti!. They're always good and reasonably priced!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Most Zinfandels and Cabernets I've had taste like their label says!.
But I had a Gewertzraminer once that must have been corked - the nose on that was like a bad baby's butt!
Or maybe you know absolutely about wine!.
Maybe you know more about whine!

It LOOSELY tastes like what it says if it's mediocre wine!. Plus, it's alcohol, so you're going to get that taste in there that nearly overwhelms everything else!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cause if the bottle said this wine tastes like $**t u wouldnt buy itWww@FoodAQ@Com

because marketing firms write the labels!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i have no ideaWww@FoodAQ@Com
