Question: I'm looking for some new concoctions!. Any ideas!?
I've been drinking some of the same old cocktails for a while now, and I'm in need of some ideas of some new things to try!. I'd really like to know some of your favorite recipes so that I can branch out so to speak and try my hand at some new drinks!. I like most types of alcohol, but I'm not very fond of whiskey!.!.!.although on occassion, I'll be in the mood!. Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

PERFECT COCKTAIL FORMULA

Feeling experimental!? Want to feel like a mix master general!? Here is the perfect ratio for making any cocktail

1 part hard alcohol
1 part soft alcohol
1 part non alcohol
Shake in cocktail shaker, or pour over ice!.

HARD ALCOHOLS (80 proof) -
vodka -
rum -
tequilla
-gin
-bourbon -
whiskey (etc)

SOFT ALCOHOLS (40proof) -
triple sec -
grand marnier -
sour pucker -
amaretto -
curacou -
schnapps (etc)

NON ALCOHOL -
sodas -
sweet and sour -
fruit juices -
water -
colins mix (etc)

Making it for 1!? Use 1 shot per part!.
Making it for a group!? Use 1 cup per part!.
Making it for a party!? Use 1 bottle per part!.
Too strong!? Top off each glass with soda water to lighten the buzz!.

Add ice to a shaker and dump a ton of cheap gin in!. Add a tad of vermouth and some tonic water!. Shake that mutha and strain into martini glasses or dixie cups, whatever floats yer boat :DWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not a whisky fan either - but try cherry whisky and root beer! It's amazing! Actually the other day I tried it with Dr!. Pepper, and it was just okay!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
