ahh, an old fave!.
pour butterscotch schnapps into a shot glass about 2/3 of the way up!. float irish cream on top!. if you don't know how to float, an easy way for begginers - turn a spoon upside down over the glass, tilted slightly down!. slowly pour irish cream!. if you pour slow and steady, it will float on top of the schnapps!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
