It's 18 everywhere, I live here, it isn't 21 at all - the reason some people think this is because certain shops and pubs have signs saying "If you look under 21 ID may be requested" This is because a lot of younder teenagers look 18, even if they aren't!.
The age is 18!. Full stop!.
