Sadly, no!. The cost is a bit more, usually, than what you would pay for an equivalent number of bottles!.
In addition, the valve is not the best, and leaks a bit once you tap it!.
I am sorry to be the harbinger of bad news!. If you want a great deal on a keg, you should go with a full keg and some way to cool it (kegerator or a coil) and keep the faith secure that way!.
Now mind you, the Heineken keg is not bad, it's just not the best!. You would do better to put a large number of bottles of it in your fridge, and enjoy them just as much!.
