If you are a bartender how did you start bartending?!
I wanna start but I have zero expierence!. I'm pretty, not to sound full of myself, and young 20, (you don't have to be 21 to bartend where I live) and a very quick learner!. How can I start bartending!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

1!. you can goto bartending school
2!. you can take a few classes at a community college
3!. you could just read a bartending book and get a job as a barback (either way you probably will start as a barback no matter what (unless you find work in a flair bar))
4!. some bartending schools offer a 3 day weekend seminar on bartending
i suggest going with option 4) thats what i did back in college
its very rare with no experience for any bar to give you a job as bartender, most prefer to either you get experience at a chain restaurant (fridays, chillis, applebees hire alot of no experience bartenders, especially during summer time) or be a barback for a year a two in a large bar/club!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well i took a class at the american bartending association and they helped me to find a job and trained me with the basics and some fancy tricks!. it cost me about $300 dollars though! But it was all worth it i work at a gay club in my downtown area!
