Well, if you want the flavor minus the sweetness, you can go with an "extract!." Here's a link to an example:

However, if you're making a mixed drink, I'd suggest Bailey's Irish Cream Caramel (one of their newer flavors!.!.!.delish!!!) or DeKuyper's Buttershots (more butterscotch flavored, but it's pretty close)!. Both are very sweet, and the Bailey's version has cream in it!. If you aren't going for creamy, stick with the Buttershots!.

You can buy caramel flavoring, it's a liquid you can add like vanilla extract!. Look for bakery supply or cake supply or party stores, if they have cake making equipment they should have flavorings for icing and batter that will work fine for anything else!. Oh, and go easy w/ it, usually it's concentrated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
