The sun is shining, got good music is playing, my partner is not due home from work for another hour!.!.!.!.
I opened a bottle of cheap cider because I just really fancy it!. But I'm feeling guilty and dreading her coming home cause she will know I've had a drink!.

No its normal to want to enjoy a drink or two or three by yourself!. As long as its not something that occurs daily and is a necessity!. At times I will have a couple of jack and cokes for the heck of it when im alone!. Its a good way to unwind after a long day!.!. or when your waiting for someone to come home it kills time lol!. BUT like I said as long as its not a regular activity that occurs daily because if so your partner might need to get ya into AA!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
