Spirit: Drambuie !.!.!. this sweet honey/whiskey liquor is a positively fantastic sipping drink with a history back to 1745!. If you are remotely Scottish, this is the drink for you!.
Beer: An American IPA - Bells Two Hearted is my favorite but a number of others do the trick!. Centennial hops give this beer a fantastic bitter citric flavor!.
