alcohol is really high in calories!.!.!.even low carb beers still have 90 cal per drink!. Where it gets the worst is combining liquors like vodka rum etc with juices and sodas!. These combos create a hi cal sugar content!. The worst is sour mix aka margaritas and stay away from vodka redbull!. sour mix has about 14 grs of carbs and red bull is packed with sugar!. If you really want to watch your caloric intake stick to wine but when you really crave something like vodka do what I do!.!.!.order a vodka (any type you want) and water and carry a crystal light on the go and add a bit to your drink!. Pretty much brings it down to nothing and tastes great especially the raspberry!. I learned all of this from my nutritionist!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Any light colored liqours!. Light rum, vodka, gin, etc!. No bourbons, whiskeys, dark rus etc!. They are darkened with molasses which is all sugar!. Beer is all carbs and calories so avoid at costs!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Michelob Ultra!.!.!. Low carbs, low calories!.!.!.

And, it doesnt taste 1/2 bad!.!.!.!.

Liquor, like Vodka or Whiskey has zero calories!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1-12oz beer, 1 shot (1!.5oz) of Liquor, or 5 oz!. wine each has 100 caloriesWww@FoodAQ@Com
