it does not matter as the alcohol is volitile and vaporizes with heat!. It is also very salty and just crap!.

Cooking wine is very low alcohol content, usually only like 1-2%, while most other alcohols and beer are much higher!.!.!. i would guess you would get ill from the massive water and vinegar you would be ingesting before you actually got drunk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
