if i take a fish oil supplement in the morning may i have a glass of red wine at dinnertime!? or will this be bad!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

There should be no problem, the fish oil supp has long been digested by dinner time!. Even if you took the fish oil supp at dinner with a glass of red wine, there shouldnt be a problem!. It is not a pharmaceutical product that shouldnt be taken with alcohol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It completely doesn't matter!. I take fish oil as well for my heart, but love my wine too! I have taken my fish oil with wine! No worries!. Besides that, the fish oil in your body will be long gone by dinner time!Www@FoodAQ@Com
