What does it mean to be "tipsy"?!


Question: What does it mean to be "tipsy"!?
I've heard the term before, but what does it mean!? What are signs that you are tipsy!? Wondering because I feel a bit dizzy and had a few drinks!. Anyhow, what does it mean to be tipsy, and how do you know you are tipsy!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds like you were really buzzed or tipsy; usually dizzy is more than just buzzed!.
