How do you take a shot!

First thing about taking a shot!.!.!. never smell it!. that could add to your inability to swallow it!.
What I do is!.!.!. after its poured!.!. I simply splash it in my mouth while my head is tilted back!.!. and swallow!. Do this all in quick succession!. You'll lose less courage this way!. The quicker the better!. Don't think about it, just do it, quickly!.

I used to have the same problem, when I take a shot what I do is have the poison (liquor) in the back part of my throat and I use a chaser- a beer or even another drink will work whatever your preference is!. Another way is the way you seen on coyote ugly you can spit some of it in your beer bottle or can!. You still look tough in front of your friends and not have the embarrassment!.
