Answers:
Home brew!. It is still processing the sugars in the malt mix as it sits in the bottle, converting them into alcohol!. As they get eaten, the sediment gets left and you get that bit more alcohol!. Avoid pouring into the glass, by not pouring out every last drop!.!.!.that last little bit can stay in the bottle with the sediment and the beer in the glass looks good!.
Home brew is better drunk from a glass, beer mug/ rather than drunk from the bottle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What is it-home brew beer!? If so -the best thing is to transfer the fermenting wort into another barrel to finish off fermenting!. This will reduce the sediment, but not remove it!.

You can also add finings which is eisenglass which will pull down sediment in the wort making it clearer!.

Finally you can filter it, but do you want to!?

All premium beers have sediment and are 'bottle conditioned'Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could try to figure out a cheap way to pasteurize it, but I wouldn't know how to go about doing that!. If its homebrew, sediment is just the way it is!. (as far as I know) some good forums about homebrewing are at beeradvocate!.com and realbeer!.com

somebody can give you a more definitive answer thereWww@FoodAQ@Com

Drink it, ya pansy, Sediment is delicious and adds some thickness and depth to the beer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
