That tastes good or ok!. I made wine in bottles with balloons lot's of times, the red wine doesn't taste bad but it could be improved,

13 (32 ounce) bottles white grape juice
1 1/2 gallons filtered water
7 1/2 cups sugar
1 package yeast
Directions
1Pour grape juice into 5-gallon container!.
2Bring water and sugar to a boil until sugar is melted!.
3Let cool!.
4Pour into container!.
5Add 1 pkg yeast (activating beforehand is optional)!.
6Close with airlock stopper!.
7Allow to ferment for 3 weeks in a sanitized 5-gallon container!.
8After 1 additional week, bottle!.

Get your hands on a book by CJJ Berry!. It doesn't matter which one; they are all pitched at beginners!. The main thing to remember is sanitation!. You want the wine yeast to eat the sugar; you don't want to feed wild yeasts or bacteria!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
