Penalty for underage drinking?!
what is the penalty for underage drinking!.!.!.i am younger than 18!.!.!.
i am going to a concert (jack Johnson) this thursday and will be tailgating!. Some concerts officers are fine with the drinking!. while others are not!.
what is the penalty if caught possessing alcohol or being intoxicated in public when underage!.
please answer!.!.i dont need to be hearing OH YOURE TOO YOUNG TO DRINK!.!.!.i relly would just prefer an answer!.

well it depends on where you live at !.!. here if your drunk in public no matter what age you are they give you jail time (small jail time) then you got a dui even though u are walking and those ain't pretty on your record!. and you get a probation officer who makes you go to your AA meetings !.!. and after all that is done you still pay a fine to the court!. if you are going to do it do like you said water bottle with sky vodka in it!.!. but i doubt you will be drunk with just that so you might be ok!.!.!. You can be put on probation and that's not fun at all!. Just don't get caught!. Put it in something that isn't obviously an alcohol container!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well here in China there is no drinking age, so no penalty! I've met teachers in bars and clubs here and drank with them! I love China!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
