It depends on 3 things:
location, location, location!.

How rich are the people in your area!? What are their ethnic and economic backgrounds!?

Blacks like malt liquor; rich blacks make a thing out of cognac and champagne!. White people have taken a shining to small-batch beers, wine (especially red wine), and and young, rich, trendy whites have now turned things like vodka, rum, and tequila (the things they drank when they were poor) into high-end commodities (witness Level, Cuervo Black, Bacardi Reserve)!. Wealthy Asians of all types think of whisky as a desirable drink, the less-well-off may content themselves with cheap liquor from their own background, like Chinese Baiju and Korean sojiu!.

Poor persons of African or South American extraction have a penchant for the low-cost firey stuff, like 151 or Everclear!. Wealthier ones will probably go for fine wine, whisky, or cognac!.

Watch out for places with a lot of Muslims or Churches that will try and sick the Drys on you to get you shut down!.

A good place to start is asking around the bars and night-clubs what people like to order; this, and things like that, will be your big sellers!.

Stay away from wine that needs to be aged, and anything else that you won't be able to turn over for a quick profit!. If your business plan to start with is, "Spend thousands of dollars on top-quality wines, and then NOT sell them", you are going to fail!. Stick with what you can use to get a cash flow going and pay off debt, then once you're in the clear consider investing in a wine cellar for good vintages!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are speaking of producing alcohol, your best bet is to stick with beer or wine!. Getting the required permits/licenses for producing spirits/liquor would be very difficult!. Depending on production amount and equipment beer would probably be your best bet for getting products moved quickly!. In terms of pure production, beer can be ready to bottle is a matter of weeks depending on the style brewed!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

i would suggest buying stock with either coors or miller right now!.!. they both are decents sellers and both will do you right!. my husband works for coors and you would'nt believe the rate ppl buy beer now since its summer!.!. and the stocks are cheap right now too!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'd start off with beer man and then sooner or later start moving up on the hard stuff!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
