How to Import Wine in United States / NY?!
I want to import wine from another country so that I can distribute it to other stores, but I don't know the legal forms I have to fill out!.
Please don't just tell me to go to the TTB website I tried that and there are a billion forms!.
Which forms do I need to fill out the state and the Federal, give me websites or specific names please, not just : " OH man you need to fill out a ton of paperwork!" I already know that!.

You are talking quantity here that you are wanting to resell, so unfortunately, you will need to go through a Customs Broker to do this!. You can just call one or the US Customs and they will walk you through this!. Or you can go online to http://www!.customs!.ustreas!.gov/!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Just go to Customs!. They will supply all the paperwork you will need!. with exception to State papers!. NY will require application to Liquor Control board for license!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
