Answers:
It won't really make any difference!. The alcohol is the big culprit, not the other ingredients!. The only exception seems to be red wines because people have reactions to sulphites!.

You can also have a worse hangover to hard liquor because you tend to drink more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Personally, I get less of a hangover from wine then I do beer!. Beer just upsets my stomach!. Plus, wine is usually drank with food and that will help lessen the effects of a hangover!. The best thing you could do would be to stop drinking White Zin!. There are so many better wines out there, even just a regular Zinfandel or a Rose!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Probably beer, because with every one you are also getting about 11 oz of water!. Wine is more concentrated, so you would have to supplement the water intake more than you would with beer to avoid a hangover!. And if you ever get to drinking red wines, watch out!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've had terrible hangovers from both!. I would say that beer has the potential for less of a hangover!. I've found that the key to avoiding one altogether is to drink water while you're drinking alcohol, and to drink several large glasses before going to bed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Impurities in alcohol cause hangovers!. Having some self control and drinking water between beers or glasses of wine will prevent a hangover!.

The best alcohol to avoid a hangover is really pure vodka!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wine gives me a worse headache it always has!. Alll of my friends say this too and my mum!. Not sure for the reason why but thats my experience!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
