This is a tough one!. You could use a Baileys Liqueur (yum!), or Kahlúa, and of course the old stand-bys Vodka or Rum!.!.!.!. maybe even Tequila!.

For milk and ice cream I would only go with a vodka and khalua!. If you can't afford the khalua then go with a knock-off but don't get bottom shelf you'll puke!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Vodka is good but use good Vodka!.
