For a sweet mimosa I like Asti Spumanti and for a dry mimosa I like the Andre's Brut Champagne!. I don't buy the real expensive stuff when mixing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Martini and Rossi makes a nice Asti!. I got some to sample before my class reunion, in case we wanted to put some out on the tables!. (The labels are blue with gold foil!.!.!. my school's colors are blue and gold!.) It's not bad for "cheap" stuff!. It would make a very nice mimosa!.
