I glance at the picture then the birthdate!. If I'm at all wary I ask them when their birthday is while I'm looking at the ID!. If they stutter at all I look for the tiny details!. If the ID is damaged at all or if I have any question at all I check for holograms and a few others tricks IDers know about ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know what state you live in, but here in California, clerks are prompted to check all IDs when selling alcohol!. Our IDs and driver's licenses have a magnetic strip in them so the clerk can swipe it to make sure it's real!.
