Mash them, press out the juice, put it in a sterilized container!. Put yeast in a cup of warm water and sugar, wait for it to foam, pour it into the wine!. Attach a bung-lock or a balloon with a few holes in it to the top of the glass container, wait a few weeks!. Enjoy, or at least try to!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Concord is used to make the "kosher-style" wines!. Some people like them, some don't!. Get a book by CJJ Berry!. He has several, all pitched at the beginner!. Once you know what you need, go to the website of Winemaker magazine and click on Reader Resources for links to catalogs!.
