Question: Drunk a bit!.!. What can I take!?
Headache and a feeling of sickness,
didnt drink too much, i just dont usually drink

Water!. Drink water until you can't drink anymore, and then drink some more!. Try to sleep it off if you can!. As a few people have said, the only thing that will really help is time, but sleeping will make the time seem to pass faster, and you'll feel a lot better once you wake up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A good remedy is to take a good electrolite supliment with lots of vitamin C such as EmergenC available from most pharmacy's or health shops, I use it mostly for dehydration and that is mainly why you get a headach after drinking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No magic drink will make you un-drunk!. Just time!. Things like tylenol may help your headace etc, tho!.

BTW The person above me is WRONG - in one hour you can eliminate about ONE drink, not five!. I have server training!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes no problem!. You can take OTC pain meds while drinking just stay away from anything narcotic!. Take an aspirin and drink plenty of water!. Water is the key!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make sure you haven't drank alcohol within the past hour and take an aspirin before bed with plenty of water!. And go to the bathroom a lot!
