"can you buy me some liquor!?" "can you buy me some cigarettes!?" if they seem kind of willing to do it say "with the money I give you, you can buy yourself a 40"

I hate to say it, but there is a reason for the age on buying the stuff!. Age is supposed to bring some responsibility and the maturity to make choices, so if you haven't got there yet, give it a few years!.
